Trust isn’t something you can build overnight. It’s earned through the conversations, decisions, challenges, and milestones that happen over years of working together.
But every once in a while, we get the opportunity to put a number to it.
This year, Cray Kaiser received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 79. It’s a score we’re incredibly proud of because of what it represents: the relationships we’ve built with our clients and the confidence placed in our team.
NPS is a widely used measure of client loyalty and satisfaction. It’s based on one straightforward question: How likely are you to recommend our firm to a friend or colleague?
A score above 50 is generally considered world-class. At 79, our 2026 score tells us something important: our clients value our work and the people they work with.
We’re incredibly proud of our score, but some of the most meaningful feedback from this year’s survey couldn’t be captured in a number.
Our clients described the Cray Kaiser team as people who “go above and beyond.” They called us a “trusted partner and advisor” and a “great team to work with.”
And, perhaps most importantly for a survey designed to measure exactly that, they told us they would “highly recommend” Cray Kaiser.
Those words matter to us because they’re a reflection of the kind of firm we work hard to be.
We’re grateful to every client who took the time to share their experience and are incredibly proud of the CK team members who demonstrate our Core Values in every interaction.
We are listening too. The feedback also provided clarity on things we need to work on. This 79 is a number worth celebrating, but the trust behind it is what matters most. We look forward to another year of strengthening those relationships and helping our clients achieve even more.
